Our Christmas Order Book closes on Saturday 14th December

To allow us to deliver the perfect Christmas, we will close our order book on Saturday 14th December. This will allow us to implement our exceptionally brilliant Christmas Mega Planning and will ensure that everything we need to fulfil our customers Festive Fish-Filled Feasts arrives in the right place at the right time.

You don't need to pre-order to visit the shop, but we do recommend it if there's something that you really, really want. Pre-ordering ensures that we will have it for you.

We're not taking any orders for freshly landed British Fish from the 20th to 31st December. These last few days of the year are always challenging with many vessels staying in port with fishermen spending the time at home with their families. We do recommend that you order your fresh fish for the week before and hold it in your freezer. Freezing super-fresh fish for a week or two has absolutely no impact on the quality, and means you know you've got what you need.

Our '3-pick-up-point' system for Christmas Eve works superbly with average queue times less than 15 minutes and some lucky customers experienced no queues at all. We'll be running this again for 2024, so make sure you know which queue you're joining and we'll do our best to make your wait as short as possible

FAST-TRACK QUEUE FOR ‘PRE-PAID PLATTER ONLY’ COLLECTIONS will be available for collections on 24th DECEMBER

To take advantage of our super-speedy Christmas Eve, ‘Fast Track’ Platter only line, all you need to do Is:

  1. Place your order online for your platter of choice to collect on Christmas Eve – don’t add any other items, this service is for ‘Platters only’
  2. Ensure you keep a copy of your order confirmation, either print it off or save a screenshot
  3. Bring your order confirmation to the shop on Christmas Eve anytime from 8am until 1pm
  4. There will be a ‘Fast Track’ flag directing you to the right hand side of the shop. Here you will find #TeamFish ready to hand over your platter so that you can get on with the rest of your day.

QUEUE #1 – PICK UP FROM THE CUSTOMER ORDER COLLECTION POINT - AVAILABLE FOR ALL PRE-ORDERS, WHETHER PAID OR UNPAID
Important information… 
We will have access to your order but will be unable to get any additional products that you may decide you’d like to pick up on the day. If you want anything ‘extra’, please join QUEUE #2

Join this queue if you are ONLY collecting prepaid platters, no other items. To use this service you must bring your order confirmation either printed or available on your phone to present to the team on collection. This queue will only be operating on Chrustmas Eve
