Mustard & Dill

We stock Stokes because they simply taste good.

Rich, full-flavoured and properly made, these are table sauces that hold their own next to great seafood. They started life as a small British producer using quality ingredients (including free range eggs in their mayonnaise), and although you might now spot them in a supermarket, we still choose them because they’re consistent and genuinely delicious.

And this one is my personal favourite!

Creamy, fresh and packed with dill, with just enough mustard warmth to lift it without overpowering anything. It’s bright, slightly tangy and ridiculously moreish, the kind of sauce you could almost drink (not that I’m officially recommending that…).

It’s exceptional with:
~ Smoked salmon
~ Gravadlax
~ Hot smoked trout
~ Prawns
~ Simply poached or grilled salmon

It brings everything to life without stealing the show, which is exactly what a good sauce should do.
