We’re really proud of our farmed bream, they are such beautiful fish and our customers absolutely love them. We generally buy larger fish of around 800g to a kilo each, which means they have an amazing texture and flavour and are utterly delicious either roasted whole, or simply pan fried as fillets. Throughout the summer months we bring in slightly smaller fish of around 350g, which are the perfect portion for a main course for one, and great for popping onto the barbecue We will prepare these, scaled and gutted with the head left on, gills removed.
