Farmed in Ecuador, these whole king prawns are exceptional. A really lovely size, you get around 28 to the kilo, they are best cooked shell on to retain all the flavour. The pale green colour turns bright orange when cooked.. If you prefer your prawns fully prepared our Large Raw Peeled Prawns would work really well.
