A delicate creamy colour with yellow-gold edging, smoked halibut not only looks beautiful on the plate, it tasted delicious. Its very different from smoked salmon because it lacks the natural oils that salmon inherently has, but the thin slices are beautifully infused with Severn & Wye's signature smoke.
