Herring are very underutilised and over the years have gone a little out of fashion. They have been a hugely important catch to the UK for centuries. All around our coast fishermen caught these little silver darlings and for many years the wives of fishermen would clean and pack the catch.


Ultra delicious, these Silver Tide Rollmops are definitely one of our favourite things, but we also love the other flavours - Sweet Cure, Madeira and Dill Marinade
