Online ordering is now open for collection on or after 13th February. If you’re planning ahead for Valentine’s Day, please feel free to place your order online as normal.

For collections this week or before 13th February, I’m still asking customers to get in touch directly. With the ongoing variability in landings and prices, it’s the best way for me to make sure you get the very best fish available on the day.

The Pacific West Salt and Pepper Squid was created over ten years ago and is often deemed to be the original, and still the best product on the market. Perfect for starters served with a simple dip and leaf salad or as part of a seafood platter, this Asian inspired dish is utterly delicious

Natural, raw, tender pieces of squid are scored to give a unique texture and appearance. Coated in a tasty authentic salt and pepper coating they are then individually frozen.

This product is par fried ready to be finished either in a conventional oven or deep fried.

Simply deep fry on hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with a simple salad and sweet chilli dipping sauce
