Smoky & Fiery

This is the sauce behind proper Patatas Bravas. A bold, smoky tomato and piquillo pepper salsa with heat from smoked hot paprika and cayenne. Rich, deep and gently fiery, but balanced, not blow-your-head-off hot.

Salsa Brava originates in Madrid and is traditionally spooned generously over crisp fried potatoes. It’s punchy, vibrant and full of character - exactly what Spanish sauces should be.

Made with tomatoes, piquillo peppers, extra virgin olive oil and purple garlic, it delivers warmth, smoke and sweetness all in one spoonful.
