This crab meat is an excellent alternative to our fresh, hand-picked meat from Devon. Wild caught in Indonesia, it's hand-picked and pasteurised to give it a much longer life. Its full of flavour and great in salads, but also especially good in recipes like crab cakes, risottos or pasta dishes, when Devon Crab would add a lot of extra cost to the dish.
