Our Coldwater Prawns are sourced from Royal Greenland and are absolutely delicious. A wild caught prawn from the ice cold waters around Greenland, these prawns are slow growing and full of flavour and texture. These are so much better 'just defrosted', so we will supply these frozen, simply defrost overnight in your fridge, or sprinkle onto a clean plate and leave for an hour or so for a quicker defrost (keep an eye on the temp!). Once defrosted they can be kept in the fridge for 2 full days.
