Farmed in Scotland by the wonderful team at WesterRoss, our whole salmon ranges from 3-5kg. The perfect centre-piece for any buffet, the fish will be gutted and gilled ready for cooking 'on the bone'. If you would prefer fillets, we have our fully trimmed boneless WesterRoss salmon sides available
