A portion sized whole gilt head bream, stuffed with lemon and fresh herbs and drizzled in our garlicky marinade. These make a wonderful meal solution for anyone who enjoys eating fish on the bone. The fragrant herbs enhance the flavour of the bream and they can be cooked in the oven or outside on the barbecue

There's not much to do to these to enjoy them. Simply pre-heat an oven to 180'c and pop them in, wrapped on foil for about 20 minutes. As you unwrap the foil you'll get the amazing aroma of garlic and herbs

These are portion sized bream. Allow one fish per person
