Our extra large Shetland Scallops are utterly fabulous. They're so plump and sweet, and because they're so large you usually only need 2 per person as a starter. Unlike imported Scallops, those caught around the UK will always have the orange coral, or roe. Don't discard this, it is delicious and should be enjoyed as an integral piece of this bivalve
