One of the newer additions to our homemade range and an instant hit with customers.

Created during one of Jasmine's many experiments with 'nduja, this dish combines six of our plump XL King Prawns with a rich tomato and passata sauce, finished with spicy Calabrian 'nduja sausage for a wonderfully indulgent combination of flavours.

The sweetness of the prawns works beautifully with the gentle warmth of the 'nduja, whilst the rich tomato sauce brings everything together into a dish that's comforting, satisfying and packed with flavour.

Generous enough to enjoy as a main course for one, or served as a starter for two. A little bit spicy. A lot delicious.

Proof that some experiments are worth repeating.

Did You Know...?
'Nduja originates from Calabria in Southern Italy and is famous for its soft, spreadable texture and rich chilli flavour.

Traditionally spread onto bread or stirred through pasta sauces, it's become increasingly popular with chefs who love the way it adds warmth, depth and richness to a dish. It's particularly good with seafood, where its gentle heat complements rather than overwhelms delicate flavours.

One of Italy's best-kept culinary secrets.

Preheat your oven to 180°C Fan.

Cook for approximately 18-20 minutes, or until piping hot throughout and gently bubbling.

Serve immediately with plenty of crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.

Serving Suggestions
Perfect served with crusty bread, garlic focaccia, buttered new potatoes or simply a crisp green salad.

A chilled glass of white wine works surprisingly well, whilst those who enjoy a little more heat might like an extra sprinkle of chilli flakes.

For a quick and delicious pasta dish, simply cook your favourite pasta, add a splash of cream to the sauce and stir everything together. The cream softens the heat of the 'nduja and creates a rich, silky sauce that clings beautifully to the pasta. A crisp green salad and a chilled glass of white wine make the perfect accompaniment.

Don't waste a drop of that sauce.
