We are very proud of our tuna. It's all line caught, sashimi grade from the Pacific Ocean. 'Super-Frozen' to minus 60'c the quality is exquisite.

Beautifully meaty and packed with flavour, Yellowfin Tuna is one of those fish that always feels a bit special. It cooks like a dream - quick to sear, holds together perfectly, and delivers that lovely rich taste that tuna lovers crave<br>

It’s naturally lean and full of goodness, but what really makes it shine is what you do with it. Try it simply seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper, or finish with one of our Sublime Butters, the Chimichurri is a favourite here, full of herbs, garlic and a little zing that makes every bite sing.<br>

Delicious, wholesome and seriously satisfying

Keep it simple. Brush the steak with a little oil, then sear on a hot griddle or pan. Utterly delicious with a refreshing, freshly made mango salsa - finely dice mango, red onion, red chilli and coriander then squeeze on some lime juice and it's done
