Moxon's kiln roast salmon is utterly delicious. Boneless Sashimi-grade Salmon portions, lightly brined and naturally hot-smoked to their own recipe, at their smokehouse in South London. Moist and smokey it has wonderful flakes and can be enjoyed as it is, or used in many recipes
