Online ordering is now open for collection on or after 13th February. If you’re planning ahead for Valentine’s Day, please feel free to place your order online as normal.

For collections this week or before 13th February, I’m still asking customers to get in touch directly. With the ongoing variability in landings and prices, it’s the best way for me to make sure you get the very best fish available on the day.

Lobster Season is over! Fewer lobsters means higher prices, and we're starting to see the slow climb to the silly-highs of late Autumn and winter. We will still have lobsters available, but because fewer are being caught we start to see less availability. Pre-ordering is highly recommended if you want a specific size or a large number of lobsters
Our Lobster Thermidors are truly delicious - half is perfect for a starter, or a whole one per person as a main course

Our freshly cooked lobster, dressed and covered in our homemade thermidor sauce, sprinkled with parmesan crumbs. Lobster Thermidor is a truly decadent treat and definitely for special occasions.

Pop under a pre-heated grill and cook until sauce is piping hot and golden brown. Alternatively it can be roasted in a hot oven for 12 - 15 minutes until hot and golden.

Allow one half lobster thermidor per person as a starter, a whole lobster as a main course

Ingredients: Lobster (CRUSTACEA), Milk (MILK), Butter (MILK), Cheese(Parmesan, Mature Cheddar ((MILK) Salt, Rennet, Lysozyme (from EGG)), Wheat Flour (WHEAT), Shallots, Brandy (36%), Dijon & English Mustard (MUSTARD, SULPHUR DIOXIDE) Breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, Water, YEAST, Salt) Parsley, Tarragon White Pepper, Salt
