Online ordering is now open for collection on or after 13th February. If you’re planning ahead for Valentine’s Day, please feel free to place your order online as normal.

For collections this week or before 13th February, I’m still asking customers to get in touch directly. With the ongoing variability in landings and prices, it’s the best way for me to make sure you get the very best fish available on the day.

A perfect portion for 1

We’re very proud of our farmed bream, they are beautiful fish and our customers absolutely love them. We buy larger fish around 800g to a kilo each, which means they have an amazing texture and flavour. They’re utterly delicious simply pan fried and lend themselves well to Asian inspired recipes.

Simply pan-fry in a little oil with fresh herbs for a super easy, quick meal, or follow our recipe for bass using your bream fillets as an alternative

If you’d like something even easier to prepare why not try our super-garlicky marinated bream fillets. They come in an ovenable bag, so all you have to do is pop them straight into the oven
