Not long to go!! Spiders should be back sometime in April

Andrew Stevens, our lobster fisherman, puts his spider nets out around Newlyn Harbour from late April until mid-June of June and sends his catch direct to The Fish Shop. Utterly delicious, sweet white meat makes spider crabs a special seasonal treat. At the end of June, the spiders all take off and don't return for 10 whol emonths, so make the most of this catch while it's on the menu
