We've taken 3 of our smaller roeless scallops and presented them in a scallop shell with the most delicious homemade 'Nduja butter

Jasmine has an almost unhealthy obsession with ''ndija, but for those not familiar with it, its a unique and spicy Italian sausage paste originating from the Calabria region in southern Italy. The flavours are exceptional, bold and intense and it perfectly compliments shellfish

Simply preheat your oven to 200'c and roast for 6-8 minutes. Make sure you have plenty of bread to soak up the ultra delicious spicy juiciness of the butter
