Delicious shortcrust pastry tartlets filled with either kiln roast salmon or smoked haddock in a creamy sauce topped with a parmesan crumb.

These little tartlets are ready to cook. Pre-heat your oven to 180'c, then pop them on a baking tray and cook for around 20 minutes. Serve with a simple green salad

Each tart is perfect for one person as a starter or light lunch
