A little known fish, sand sole have become a firm favourite at The Fish Shop, requested by many of our regular customers. A similar look to Dover sole, these small fish are quite delicate and delicious. Generally around 3-400g each one fish is the perfect size for a portion for one. Ideal to cook on the bone, or we can fillet for you if you prefer it bone-free

Sand sole make a great substitute for Dovers. Because they are usually a smaller fish, they are the perfect size for one and delicious skinned and cooked whole on the bone.
