'Dressed' crab simply means, crab presented in a shell. Ours contains 100% handpicked Dorset Crab Meat, both white and brown and nothing else. They are presented in a scallop shell, and can be kept in the fridge for 2 days. If you need to keep them a little longer, they freeze really well
