Select Grade is just one level down from the top of the range D.O.P. La Mancha saffron stamens. It gives the wonderful colour and fragrance of saffron to your dishes, but at a more affordable price point. The saffron is from the fields of La Mancha in central Spain. It is supplied to Delicioso by the Garcia family, who have been growing and picking saffron for the last 100 years!

This select grade saffron is a great way of having the luxury of using saffron in your dishes. It adds a beautiful fragrance to foods such as paella, soups and casseroles and many other dishes.
