That's it, our Christmas preparations are now well underway!!

Our Order Book has closed for 2024 and #TeamFish will be pulling everything together to prepare for another busy Christmas and New Year. Samphire is the perfect accompaniment for fish and shellfish. Super salty it marries well with any seafood. More a garnish than a 'veg', allow around 50g per person

Although its super salty, cooking in a little salty butter makes it even more 'moorish'. Heat a little butter ina pan until it starts to foam, add the samphire for a minute or so, then serve with the fish of your choise
