We're seeing some amazing landings with so much variability in price that I'm keeping website ordering switched off for a few more days. There have been huge price drops across the board with fishermen catching big volumes on Wild Bass, Wild Bream, all the flat fish and lots more. When asked our favourite fish, many of us in #TeamFish will opt for smoked haddock. Expertly smoked by Harry and the Team at Moxon's Smokehouse in Wimbledon, the golden haddock has no colour, taking all it needs through the smoking process. Salted, then dried and smoked over oak, its utterly delicious.
