Our large ChalkStream Trout Fillets work really well with our Moroccan Spiced marinade. Hints of turmeric, cinnamon, paprika and chilli, the generous portions make a perfect meal for one.

We will supply these in our 'ovenable' cook bags.
Simply pre-heat your over to 180'c, pop the whole bag onto a baking tray, set your timer for 15 minutes, remove from the bag, plate and enjoy

One trout fillet is the perfect main course portion As with all our fresh fish, our marinated trout can be kept in the fridge for 2 full days. If you would like to keep it longer it freezes really well
