For accompaniments we suggest keeping it simple. Serve with some baby leaf salad, baby potatoes, roasted with garlic and herbs and a simple tomato salad - just halve some cherry tomatoes, drizzle with a little ready made balsamic salad dressing and garnish with torn basil leaves

CHECK TRAY SIZE The tray size for Lobster Platters to serve 5 & 6 people is 530mm x 325mm x 70mm high. This is slightly larger than the internal dimensions of a regular 600mm fridge. Per person... Half a lobster, prepared ready to enjoy, 1 mini dressed crab, 1 chunk of kiln roast salmon, 1 roll of smoked salmon, Peeled king OR North Atlantic prawns depending on availability) & crayfish tails, 3 whole cooked crevettes, lemon wedges & parsley... Please note, although we have never had to do this before, we are very aware of supply challenges. Should any of the components become unavailable, we will substitute it for something else, equally delicious and of a similar value
