Brined exclusively using a natural, Portuguese Atlantic sea salt harvested by hand, dried overnight and then overnight, and then smoked over Beechwood, before being sliced by hand and packed ready for sale, Moxon's smoked salmon is truly special and loved by our customers. Because it's not vacuum packed it has a slightly shorter shelf life than other smoked salmon, but the packaging allows the natural oils in the salmon to remain, ensuring a really lovely rich, buttery consistency

Don't do too much to this smoked salmon, its perfect as it is. Maybe just enjoy with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a little cracked black pepper... try some tiny capers, crème fraîche and warmed canapé blinis to serve
