At last! We've cracked the en croute... Jasmine's new product is going down a storm. Chunks of WesterRoss Salmon with a creamy cheese spinach and dill filling wrapped in flaky puff pastry.


Each en croute is a generous portion for one as a main meal

Preheat oven 180'c (fan)
For best results, brush with egg-wash before cooking
Place on baking tray
Cook for 25 mins until golden
