That's it, our Christmas preparations are now well underway!! 

Our Order Book has closed for 2024 and #TeamFish will be pulling everything together to prepare for another busy Christmas and New Year. If you've missed the deadline, you can get in touch by sending a message to 07354 849465 and we can advise you on when would be the best time for you to come in to select your festive fish from our counters

New to The Fish Shop Dorset Snails is an award-winning family run business located in the heart of the Dorset countryside and we've been overwhelmed by the great feedback we've been getting from their delicious garlicky snails<br>

They began snail farming in 2006 with one intention, to farm and supply the tastiest, freshest snails in the UK. Supplying Michelin star restaurants, hotels, gastro pubs and us, we're delighted to be offering these award winning delicacies

Using a slice of white or brown bread cut off the crusts
Press six 'in-shell' Dorset snails onto the bread making sure the butter faces into centre.
Place on a baking tray and heat for 12 minutes at 180c
Allow to rest until the shells are cool to touch, empty snails and butter onto bread they are now ready to eat
