A real crowd pleaser and available for up to 12 people, this is still our most popular platter. A selection of our utterly delicious smoked fish and shellfish, beautifully presented on a lidded platter.

All our platters are suitable to keep refrigerated for 2 full days

No cooking required... lift the lid and enjoy.

Delicious served with some of our Stokes mayos - try Lemon, Garlic, Real or Cocktail Sauce. Its also fabulous with Delicioso's Ali Oli

For accompaniments we suggest keeping it simple. Serve with some baby leaf salad, baby potatoes, roasted with garlic and herbs and a simple tomato salad - just halve some cherry tomatoes, drizzle with a little ready made balsamic salad dressing and garnish with torn basil leaves

And don't forget the fresh bread!

CHECK TRAY SIZE The tray size for platters for 8, 10 and 12 people is 530mm x 325mm x 70mm high and slightly too large for a regular 600mm fridge. Check your internal fridge dimensions before ordering as you may be better with 2 smaller platters for your required servings The portions are based on a main course per serving

Per person... 1 mini dressed crab, 1 chunk of kiln roast salmon, 1 roll of smoked salmon, 1 boneless smoked mackerel portion, Peeled king & North Atlantic prawns (or crayfish if available) 2 cooked crevettes, homemade pates, lemon wedges & parsley Please note that in the event that we experience supply issues and some of our usual platter components are unavailable, we will substitute for something else, equally delicious and of a similar value
