Per person... 1 mini dressed crab, 1 chunk of kiln roast salmon, 1 roll of smoked salmon, 1 boneless smoked mackerel portion, Peeled king OR North Atlantic prawns depending on availability) & crayfish tails, 2 cooked crevettes, homemade pates, lemon wedges & parsley Please note that in the event that we experience supply issues and some of our usual platter components are unavailable, we will substitute for something else, equally delicious and of a similar value
