Our legendary salmon kebabs have become a firm favourite with customers throughout the barbecue season.

Prepared using chunks of our exceptional skinless and boneless salmon, these kebabs are coated in a wonderfully aromatic Moroccan-inspired marinade. Warming spices including paprika, fennel, cinnamon and a touch of chilli combine with garlic, herbs and sweet bell pepper to create layers of flavour that are rich and fragrant rather than spicy.

The natural richness of the salmon works beautifully with the subtle sweetness and gentle spice of the marinade, making these kebabs equally at home on the barbecue, under the grill or cooked in a hot oven.

Simply add a fresh salad, some couscous or a few roasted vegetables and supper is sorted.

Did You Know…
Oily fish such as salmon are naturally one of the easiest fish to cook on a barbecue because the higher oil content helps keep the flesh moist.

Cook over a medium-high barbecue for around 4-5 minutes, turning regularly to ensure an even cook. For best results, place the kebabs on a small sheet of foil with a raised edge to catch all the delicious juices released during cooking.

Also fantastic cooked under the grill or in a hot oven.
