Looking for something quick, easy and packed with flavour? Our Cornish Catch in Herbilicious Marinade is one of those products that makes dinner effortless.

We always prefer to use Cornish Hake when it's available, but fishing is seasonal and the weather doesn't always cooperate. Rather than compromise on quality, we'll simply choose the best fish available on the day. That might be Hake, Haddock or Cod, depending on what's looking spectacular when the boats land their catch.

Each generous portion is coated in our Herbilicious marinade, a fragrant blend of herbs, garlic and sweet pepper that complements delicate white fish beautifully without overpowering it.

The result is a wonderfully simple dish that lets the quality of the fish shine whilst adding plenty of flavour. The fish may vary. The quality never does.

Much of the white fish we sell passes through the famous fishing port of Newlyn in Cornwall.

Newlyn is home to one of the largest day-boat fleets in the UK, with vessels leaving and returning to port each day rather than spending extended periods at sea. This allows fishermen to land smaller quantities of exceptionally fresh fish on a regular basis.

Fishing has been at the heart of Newlyn for centuries and today the harbour remains one of Britain's most important fishing ports, supplying fishmongers, restaurants and markets throughout the country. It's one of the reasons we're so proud to champion Cornish fish whenever we can.
