We source all our caviar from King’s Fine Food, run by the incomparable Laura King MBE and her daughter Holly - a truly inspiring mother-and-daughter team and great friends of ours. Laura is widely regarded as the Queen of Caviar and was the first importer in the UK to introduce DNA testing to guarantee provenance. Their family business is built on the same values we hold dear... quality, integrity and a deep respect for the craft.
King’s Fine Food supply many of the UK’s finest food halls and restaurants, and we’re proud to stock their caviar here at The Fish Shop. Every tin is fully traceable, CITES-certified and tested for authenticity, so you can be certain it’s the real thing.
We usually carry Beluga, Oscietra and Imperial caviars in 10g, 30g and 50g tins, with larger sizes available on request. Each has its own character, from the delicate, buttery richness of Oscietra to the deep, creamy intensity of Beluga, all chosen for their purity and balance.

Beluga (Huso Huso) – Luxurious and full-bodied, with soft, steely-grey eggs and flavours of cream, walnut and the cleanest whisper of the sea.
Oscietra (Gueldenstaedtii) – A classic favourite with a beautiful golden sheen, nutty and buttery with a hint of sweetness — elegant, mellow and endlessly moreish.
