The famous combination of Monkfish and chorizo first gained popularity in Spain, where both ingredients are widely loved. Today it’s become one of the most recognisable seafood pairings in modern British cooking.

Cook over a medium-high barbecue for around 4-5 minutes, turning regularly to ensure an even cook. For best results, place the kebabs on a small sheet of foil with a raised edge to catch all the delicious juices released during cooking.
