Online ordering is now open for collection on or after 13th February. If you’re planning ahead for Valentine’s Day, please feel free to place your order online as normal.

For collections this week or before 13th February, I’m still asking customers to get in touch directly. With the ongoing variability in landings and prices, it’s the best way for me to make sure you get the very best fish available on the day.

Skinless and boneless chunky pieces of fish, ideal for pies, soups and stews. The mix will depend on what's available on the day, so will usually be a couple of types of white fish - a mix of cod, haddock, hake or pollack, with chunks of smoked haddock and salmon

Why not try our fish pie selection in tacos? Use our Tuna Taco basic recipe but instead of tuna, coat the pieces of fish in a mix of lime juice, garlic, chilli powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground cumin and a tablespoon honey and marinade for 30 minutes or so. Heat some rapeseed oil in a pan and fry off the fish, gently trying not to break it up too much, for 3 minutes or so (it's quite nice to get little 'burny-bits at the edges), then build your tacos
