The perfect starting point for a fabulous homemade fish pie.

Prepared fresh by #TeamFish, our Fish Pie Selection contains generous chunks of skinless and boneless fish, carefully chosen from the best fish we're preparing that day.

Every day will be slightly different, but you'll usually find a mixture of white fish such as Cod, Haddock, Hake, Pollack or Halibut, together with chunks of Smoked Haddock and Salmon. When available, we may also include ChalkStream Trout and other seasonal favourites.

We don't work to a fixed recipe because fish isn't a factory-made product. Instead, we select from the fish we're filleting that day to create a mix that's packed with flavour, texture and variety.

The result is a fish pie mix that looks and tastes as though you've prepared it yourself - without the hard work.

Perfect for fish pies, chowders, seafood stews and creamy pasta dishes. Fresh fish, chunky pieces and no unnecessary fuss.

Traditional fish pies were originally a way of making the most of several different fish species rather than relying on just one.

Combining different fish creates a better balance of flavour and texture, which is why many fishmongers still prefer a mixture rather than using Cod alone.

The smoked fish is particularly important, adding richness and depth that transforms a good fish pie into a great one.

The secret to a great fish pie isn't one fish - it's several.

Fish Pie Selection isn't just for fish pies!

One of our favourite ways to use it is in tacos. Simply take the basic recipe from our Tuna Tacos and swap the tuna for your Fish Pie Selection.

Marinade the fish for around 30 minutes in a mixture of lime juice, garlic, chilli powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground cumin and a spoonful of honey.

Heat a little rapeseed oil in a frying pan and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes, gently turning as it cooks. Don't worry if you get a few crispy, slightly charred edges — they're often the best bits.

Pile into warm tacos and top with whatever takes your fancy. Avocado, crunchy slaw, coriander and a squeeze of lime all work beautifully.

Of course, if you're feeling more traditional, it also makes a pretty fabulous fish pie. One product, endless possibilities!
