A boneless side of Chalkstream Trout, in our Moroccan Spiced marinade ready to pop straight into the oven, or in foil on the barbeque

Ready to cook, these fillets take 10-12 minutes on a hot grill. A great idea is to pop them onto a roasting tray drizzled with a little oil to prevent them from sticking. Every grill works differently, so your fish may take a little longer to cook, just check that the flesh is opaque rather than translucent, and then its done
