We take our fresh squid, clean it up and then cut into rings and tentacles so its all ready for the pan. The size of the rings will depend on the size of the squid landed, but if you don't fancy preparing it yourself, then this is super easy. If you'd like a whole squid, just cleaned but kept as a 'tube' rather than rings, you can order the whole squid and ask for it to be cleaned.
