Although fresh anchovies are an absolute treat they're very rarely caught around our waters and so not often found on the counter. These lovely little marinated anchovy fillets can fill the void and make delicious treats when, like most of us, you just really, really fancy an anchovy or two
Anchovy fillets (Engraulis encrasicolus) 70%, SUnflower oil 30%, spirit vinegar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid
