We're incredibly proud of our farmed Bass and they've become one of the most popular fish on our counter.

Unlike many retailers, we choose to buy larger fish, which gives the fillets a wonderful texture and flavour. The flesh is firm, white and beautifully flaky, making Bass one of the most versatile fish you can cook.

Each fillet is expertly hand-filleted and hand pin-boned by #TeamFish, creating a generous portion that's ready to go straight from the packet to the pan, oven or barbecue.

Bass is equally at home as a simple midweek supper or the centrepiece of a dinner party. The clean flavour works beautifully with Mediterranean ingredients such as tomatoes, olives, lemon and herbs, but it's just as delicious served simply with seasonal vegetables and new potatoes.
