Boneless fillets of bass, drizzled with our sweet pepper and herb marinade. These generous portions of marinated bass are utterly delicious and super quick and easy to cook.

You can either wrap the in foil, or place onto a lightly oiled baking tray and pop onto the hot coals. Timing is very dependant on the heat of your barbeque, so we really recommend you invest in a relatively inexpensive meat thermometer. Once the temperature at the thickest part of the fish reaches 66'c, take your fish off the grill and enjoy! It will usually take around 5-6 minutes, but just keep an eye and move away from the hottest past of the grill to ensure you don't overcook.

Each fillet is a generous portion for 1 Our marinated bass can be kept in the fridge for 2 full days. If you would like to keep it longer it freezes really well
