We're seeing some amazing landings with so much variability in price that I'm keeping website ordering switched off for a few more days. There have been huge price drops across the board with fishermen catching big volumes on Wild Bass (season closes on 31st Jan), Wild Bream, all the flat fish and lots more. We’re very proud of our farmed bream, they are beautiful fish and our customers absolutely love them. We buy larger fish around 800g to a kilo each, which means they have an amazing texture and flavour. They’re utterly delicious simply pan fried and lend themselves well to Asian inspired recipes.

Simply pan-fry in a little oil with fresh herbs for a super easy, quick meal, or follow our recipe for bass using your bream fillets as an alternative

If you’d like something even easier to prepare why not try our super-garlicky marinated bream fillets. They come in an ovenable bag, so all you have to do is pop them straight into the oven
