We've changed the weight of our Lobster Thermidor. We're using our slightly smaller lobsters, which means that half is perfect for a starter, or a whole one per person as a main course

Our freshly cooked lobster, dressed and covered in our homemade thermidor sauce, sprinkled with parmesan crumbs. Lobster Thermidor is a truly decadent treat and definitely for special occasions.

Pop under a pre-heated grill and cook until sauce is piping hot and golden brown. Alternatively it can be roasted in a hot oven for 12 - 15 minutes until hot and golden.

Allow one half lobster thermidor per person as a starter, a whole lobster as a main course
