The ultimate luxury and oh so decadent!. Everyone's favourite, Mac & Cheese taken to the next level. A super-rich cheese sauce with Gruyere, Edam and Mature Cheddar, crab meat for an additional shellfish 'hit', shallots and a sprinkling of cayenne. Each portion has bite sized chunks of freshly cooked lobster meat and is topped with a parmesan crumb.

Simply pop in a pre-heated oven at 180'c and cook for 25 minutes or until the crumb has turned golden brown
