Boneless fillets of WesterRoss salmon, drizzled with our chilli, ginger and lemon marinade. These generous portions of salmon have a little 'kick' but without being too spicy. They're our most popular marinated fillet, truly scrumptious and super quick and easy to cook.

We will supply these in our 'ovenable' cook bags.
Simply pre-heat your over to 180'c, pop the whole bag onto a baking tray, set your timer for 15 minutes, remove from the bag, plate and enjoy

One salmon fillet is the perfect main course portion Our marinated salmon can be kept in the fridge for 2 full days. If you would like to keep it longer it freezes really well
