A healthy portion for one as a main course

#TeamFish love chorizo, and luckily it works beautifully with fish & shellfish. Our Hale fillets with chorizo crumb are becoming one of our customers' favourites

We take a healthy portion of our spectacular Cornish Hake, brush it with a little mayonnaise (this allows the crumb blend to adhere to the fish), then add our spicy chorizo, panko crumb mix

We've added a little smoked paprika to lift the flavour even more, but there's no salt - so if you like it a little saltier, sprinkle away

Preheat your oven to 180'c. Place the fillets on a sheet of foil or baking parchment. You may want to scrunch up the edges to keep all the juicy chorizo oils that appear as the fish cooks

Cook uncovered for 18-20 minutes

Delicious served with herby-garlicky roasted baby potatoes and roasted cherry vines
