From a 450-500g live lobster

One of our little freshly cooked and prepared lobsters, marinated in a delicious garlic and herb marinade. Perfect for a special occasion or if you are having a BBQ and want a treat.

Heat under the grill for around 3-4 minutes - we recommend popping onto a little foil so that you can gather all the scrummy garlicky marinade that dribbles off as it cooks
