Shemin’s Massaman curry paste is both aromatic and more importantly, freshly made. It contains an array of wonderfully fragrant fresh Thai ingredients such as galangal, red chilli, and lemongrass, as well as the traditional delicious curry ingredients of tamarind, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, pepper and cinnamon.

Judges said: “This makes a rich and indulgent looking curry sauce. The ginger and chilli add a comforting heat while the tamarind imparts a citrus tang. A complex combination of spices that are well balanced to give long length to the flavour, taking you on a journey.”
