That's it, our Christmas preparations are now well underway!!

Our Order Book has closed for 2024 and #TeamFish will be pulling everything together to prepare for another busy Christmas and New Year. Ama Ebi or Sushi Prawns are perfect for topping nigiri. They are quite small, but can be paired to give a more substantial topping. Deliciously sweet, they really are a treat!
